In a dystopian future where rape is legal, Frances decides to take control of her fate by targeting a young man who has just received his rape card.
The idea is that if society continues it's complacent attitude towards sexual assault through an ineffective justice system we are basically condoning and allowing it to happen. This is a cautionary tale about the idea taken to it's next logical conclusion, establishing a bureaucracy around assault.
